Edward J. Lane, CPA, CA, CRM
A seasoned senior executive, Ed has a proven talent for providing leadership and direction on a wide variety of subjects to diverse groups. With over 45 years of significant experience in all aspects of several executive level positions in government and a variety of industries, Ed brings capability to addressing many C-Level challenges. Key strengths include strategic and corporate business planning, designing and implementing infrastructure and coaching and mentoring. Experience in public and private sector, unionized and non-unionized, regulated and non-regulated, large, medium and fast growing businesses, Ed is known for quickly identifying and developing innovative and cost-effective solutions to business challenges and opportunities. Since 2008, Ed has been providing consulting services to the DG, ADM and VP level for a variety of government departments including DND, CBSA, Justice Canada, Bank of Canada, Environment Canada, Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission and other key departments.
Su Dazé
Su Dazé. Former Assistant Deputy Minister and Chief Financial Officer and a Certified Management Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with 37 years’ experience in the federal government, Su has extensive experience in financial management and administration: strategic financial planning; program reviews; resource allocation and expenditure management functions such as budgeting, cash management and accounting operations (including revenue dependent operations); Grant and Contribution program integrity; and general administrative services (IMIT, HR, contracting and departmental security). Su has successfully launched risk management exercises, updated departmental Management Resources and Results Structures, developed strategic action plans to improve Management Accountability Framework results and enhanced reporting. Su is well versed in investment planning and project management. Executive level managerial responsibility providing advice to Ministers and Deputy Ministers along with a strong skill set that includes excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal and communication abilities complement my experience.
Diane Begin
Strategic results based human resources, change management, organizational development, governance and institutional development practice leader. With Over 15 years of consulting experience as senior public sector technical expert/practice lead supporting donor funded projects in Botswana, India, Lao PDR, among many others. An additional 20 years of experience employed in the public and non-profit sectors in Ontario, of which 10 years were in a leadership role as CEO/Director/Manager in human resources and program/corporate management.

Anne Wilson
Anne Wilson has more than 35 years of experience in Business Management, with over 20 years in a Special Advisory capacity to senior management in the federal government.
With the implementation of the (then) new Policy on Investment Planning (IP) – Assets and Acquired Services and the (then) new Policy on the Management of Projects, she is currently engaged with third iteration of Health Canada’s Investment Plan, and associated documentation requirements, including the Organizational Project Management Capacity Assessment (OPMCA), the Investment Plan, the Treasury Board (TB) Submission and required Appendices (Risk and Risk Responses, Strategic Environmental Assessment, Gender-Based Analysis+, Official Languages) including the CFO Attestation. She was also engaged in the preparation of the first two investment plans and OPMCAs for HC. In addition, she recently was engaged with Department of National Defence (DND) as they prepared the third iteration of their Investment Plan. Lousiette Bizier
Ms Bizier has been involved in numerous business transformation projects since the early 1980’s with the advent of computerization. Business transformation is the development and implementation of fundamental changes in how organizations interact internally and externally to cope with evolving demands. Many projects she conducted aimed to do more with less. Today, when everyone is exposed to the internet, clients are more aware of the service levels that can be provided and demand similar response from their public administration. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she has conducted many business transformation projects to increase service effectiveness and efficiency for the public administration
Irena Dule
Ms. Irena has a multidisciplinary background and 20 years of experience in managing major projects, which involved monitoring project activity plans, deliverables, budget and resources. She has over 12 years of hands-on and management experience responding to complex proposals for all levels of Government of Canada, with a dollar value up to $20M. Ms. Dule's expertise and increased responsibility in the past 10 years involves project management, process design and implementation, technical expertise on Government of Canada procurement/contract policies and procedures.
